Happy Birthday Oef92

This is a picture I did for my best friend Oef92 (Olivia/Kyo). We go to the same high school together and we've been friends since I was a freshman and she was a sophomore. This awesome picture was submitted on Oef92's birthday, which has Pikachus, a Pichu, Mario smiling when he dies, (he is seen like that on Super Mario Bros 3), Koopa Kid, some gummi bears, and of course Oef92. I would've drawn her favorite Pokemon Jolteon, but I don't know how to. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU OEF92!!!
