Jubileena and Citrusella - Like Sisterly Love

I'm not sure if Jublieena and Citrusella really are sisters, but I could imagine these two Sugar Rush racers from Disney's Wreck-it Ralph having a special bond together acting like they're sisters (since they have the same outfit (aside from the color) and hairstyle). If Jubileena and Citrusella were sisters, I could imagine Jubileena as the big sister (since she has a loving personality) and Citrusella as the little sister (since I believe Citrusella must look up to Jubileena as her idol and hero if she's a recolor version of Jubileena).
I came up with this idea after developing a special relationship with my sister's fiance's younger sister (she enjoys spending time with me a lot) and hearing how excited she was that we're going to be sister-in-laws after my sister got engaged not too long ago.
